SHIPPING POLICY
⩓ All flower balloons are shipped by USPS priority. We do our best to try to put the orders out before your recommended date. It most likely arrive on time but shipping can be delayed 1-2day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
⩓ Avoid placing balloon next to sharp objects as well as extreme hot & cold environments. It will puncture the balloon inside. If this happens, please note that will not be able to refund or replace the order.
⩓ Due to all orders being all handmade and custom made to order, if you wish to cancel your order, you will only receive 50% of the payment refunded to you within 5 hours of purchase. Please contact us directly for any requests or cancellation.
⩓ If any damages on the product upon receiving, please make sure to take pictures of the box and the product right away. Please let us know within the day your product was delivered by the carrier.
